Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order through our website.
  • Full Refund: If the restaurant has not yet started preparing your order, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: If the restaurant has begun preparing your order, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress of the order.
  • No Refund: Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

We strive to provide excellent service, but if something goes wrong, you may be eligible for a refund or credit in the following cases:

  1. Missing or Incorrect Items: If items are missing or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a partial or full refund.
  2. Quality Issues: If you experience significant issues with the quality of your food, please report it to us for review and possible compensation.
  3. Late Deliveries: If your delivery is significantly delayed due to OnRide’s fault, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.
