Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order through our website.
- Full Refund: If the restaurant has not yet started preparing your order, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If the restaurant has begun preparing your order, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress of the order.
- No Refund: Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Scenarios
We strive to provide excellent service, but if something goes wrong, you may be eligible for a refund or credit in the following cases:
- Missing or Incorrect Items: If items are missing or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a partial or full refund.
- Quality Issues: If you experience significant issues with the quality of your food, please report it to us for review and possible compensation.
- Late Deliveries: If your delivery is significantly delayed due to OnRide’s fault, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.

- Include your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and processed back to the original payment method or issued as OnRide credits.
