We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can pay with a credit or debit card when purchasing online, or choose the ‘Cash on Delivery’ option during checkout to pay in cash upon delivery.
On Ride delivers within a 10 km radius in Bancroft. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your address on our website.
Yes, the delivery cost is $8 per order within Bancroft. You’re also welcome to show your appreciation and add a tip for our drivers.
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this time, we start preparing and dispatching your order, and cancellations may not be possible. To cancel, please contact us through the website or app as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to offer a refund.
